Holiday Programmes

During the summer school holidays we run one or two week-long day programmes based on farm life. The children will have a lesson including a Bible story, memory verse, singing and craft. We then visit the animals and by the end of the week the child will have a project to take home which we have intentionally put together to encourage reading and writing skills. After lunch, which we provide as part of the small fee, the children join in the activites such as feeding calves, collecting eggs, catching eels, hay rides, horse riding, helping with vegetable gardens, harvesting fruit, and baking for the next day’s morning tea.
